I can tell what you're going to do before you do!

Click to watch Here is another more recent video of an experiment showing that your subconscious mind makes decisions based on pre-programmed information before you become consciously aware of it.

This is a fundamental principle on which my BUDITM program is based - that in order to change behaviour you need to re-program your subconscious behaviour, and BUDITM enables you to learn how to do it!! Enjoy!!

Your subconscious makes your decisions: Here is your 5 min homework prior to watching my webinar

Hi Guys,

I'm still slaving away on the webinar when my research and practice allows and nearing the finish line. In preparation for watching, it would be very useful for you to see this 5 minute video excerpt from a fascinating program in the series, "Brain Story" from 2000 courtesy of the BBC.
Although their emphasis is on the concept of conscious "free will", I'm looking at it from the perspective of the degree of conscious control we have over our decisions.
The video shows that our awareness of our decision only occurs after we have subconsciously processed and taken the decision subconsciously. This supports a major premise on which  BUDITM (the system I designed for the control of Crohn's Disease and Ulcerative Colitis  (Inflammatory Bowel Disease or IBD) symptoms), is based. That premise is that, if we want to control or influence our decisions, actions and behaviour we need to do so at the subconscious level. In order to do this we need to learn how to change our subconscious processes for good. One of the ways that BUDITM helps reduce IBD symptoms is to learn subconscious control and use the mind's influence over the body in general and our mind's influence over the gut in particular, through "The little brain in the gut" or, as Prof. Michael Gershon, the father of modern day neurogastroenterology refers to it, "The Second Brain".
